Please include your order number, the details of the item(s) you are unsatisfied with, and a brief explanation of your concerns.

Upon reviewing your case, we will offer the opportunity to select a different item of your choice from our catalog as a replacement. The replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that the choice of a replacement item must be of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.
